Cancellation Policy
- For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
- If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
- If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
Child Policy
- Children under 2 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
- Children aged above 2 up to 15 years of age must be accompanied by a paying and participating adult.
- Children above age 15 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

About The Experience
Dubai continues to surprise the world with its new and unique attractions, and the Penguin Cove is the newest of the lot. A part of the well-loved Dubai Aquarium, the Penguin Cove is the new home to 16 Gentoo penguins (8 females and 8 males), which were brought from a facility in the USA.
The Penguin Cove is a special temperature-controlled facility that has been created to replicate the Sub-Antarctic environmental conditions. To make the penguins feel right at home, the temperature of the place is kept between 2 and 4 degree Celsius, while the temperature of the water is kept between 5 and 7 degree Celsius. There is also a special lighting system that mirrors the penguins’ annual light cycle.

Important Information
- Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
- Transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)
- Pick up from Areas other than Dubai Hotels / Residence will be done on request with an additional surcharge.
- The timings for sharing may vary, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- Pregnant ladies or Children below 2 years are not allowed.
- Children must always be accompanied by an adult or a guardian during the attraction visitor activity.
- Not accessible for Wheelchair and stroller.
- There will be no refund for partly utilized services.
